Celebrate any special occasion in style with the help of Paperless Post.

How to make an invitation

  • Open Paperless Post on desktop, mobile, or our app, and create an account or sign in. Then, select whatever category you like to start browsing thousands of invitation designs.

  • Explore invitations for any type of event, in a wide range of styles, shapes, and colors. Browse designs by your party’s theme, milestone, and more to find exactly what you’re looking for.

  • Once you’ve selected an invitation template, edit the text, fonts, colors, backdrop, spacing, and alignment, and add fun stickers for a special touch. Upload a photo if you’ve chosen a photo Card, try one of our Magic Fonts for added dimension, and finish things off with a matching envelope, liner, and your choice of stamp.

  • Fill out your event page to include any additional information guests will need to know, and select a Page Style to choose colors and fonts that complement your design. Enable Guest Questions, include a Comment Wall, and add helpful Blocks to send along further details like a schedule of events, dress code, photo gallery, travel information, registry links, and more.

  • Add your guests however you prefer—one by one with their phone numbers or email addresses, add them directly from your contact list, upload a spreadsheet, or paste a list. You can also send one combined invitation to a group, such as a couple or family.

  • Then, send your invitation to guests via email, text message, or a link you can share anywhere. Create a Custom URL to make it even easier for guests to refer back to your event page for all the details!
