Can I only send text message invitations on the app?

While the Paperless Post app makes on-the-go party planning even easier, you can send text message invites from any device on which you can access paperlesspost.com. Send invitations and greeting cards from desktop or your phone using a web browser or the Paperless Post app (iOS and Android).

Do you have free text invitations?

Yes. Any invitation or greeting card that is labeled “free” on our site is also free to text or email.

How can I enable push notifications?

On the iOS app, you can enable push notifications by selecting My account at the bottom right of your screen and then click the gear icon to access Account Settings. From the Settings page, scroll down to App Settings and tap Manage Notifications to edit your Push Settings. Here you can set push notification preferences. Please be aware that push notifications are not available for the Android app at this time.

How do I enable Guest Check-in?

The Guest Check-in feature is currently only available on our iOS and Android apps for invitations. To enable guest check-in for an event, open the invitation's Manage Tracking page in your app. From there, tap the ellipsis menu in the top right corner. A menu will open with additional options for the invitation—select ‘Check in guests.’ Once turned on, the check in option will add a check in toggle to the top of your Manage Tracking page. On the day of your event when you're ready to check in guests, you can then toggle this option on.

How can I create a shareable link on the app?

From the Invite Guest page, tap the ellipsis menu and select ‘Share to populate a shareable link.’ You can copy and paste the shareable link—including a customized link, if you choose to create one—into any messaging app, social media platform, or even your own email draft. Please note that creating a shareable link costs 200 Coins.
