Coins are the virtual credits used on Paperless Post for sending invitations and greeting cards. You can purchase Coins on our site, and the credits can only be used on our site. Paperless Post also has many free invitations and greeting card designs for you to customize and send.
To lower the cost of your Card or Flyer, you can remove optional paid elements from your design by changing the bundled feature set you are using. Select the “Coins per invite” dropdown in the invitation editor to see all of the features you are currently using, then remove them to switch to a lower-cost feature set.
To determine the total cost, take your design’s number of “Coins per recipient” and multiply it by the number of guests you plan to invite. For example, if a design requires 5 Coins per recipient and you are inviting 40 guests, you will need 200 Coins to send your invitation. Use the calculator above to input your estimated number of guests and see the cost to send. You can purchase Coins in exactly the quantity you need after adding your guest list to your event, or you can purchase a package at any time here. Unused Coins may be used for future events.
Try the Paperless Pro subscription, which includes unlimited access to all our features and simple, transparent pricing (no Coins). Plans are based on annual guest count; the greater your guest count, the lower the price per guest.
For customers who prefer to pay per event, we are moving from an itemized payment model to one based on bundled sets of features. This change allows you to get more out of our paid options by using the full range of features included at simplified price points, rather than picking and choosing each individual element based on their cost. Yes! There are free sending options available through Paperless Post. When you select the free feature set option, the first 50 invitations sent via email or phone number directly through the Paperless Post site can be sent without purchase. Subscription FAQs
Subscribers can upgrade to the next guest level at any time throughout the year. At the time of upgrade, you'll simply pay the difference between the two levels. For example, upgrading from 250 guests to 500 guests costs just $150 ($400 - $250).
Subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time. You will remain an active subscriber until your subscription term expires, at which point you'll be downgraded and return to paying with Coins per event.
As a subscriber, you unlock access to a specific number of guests across all events throughout the year. A "guest" is defined as either someone you invite via SMS or email through Paperless Post OR someone who submits an RSVP to an event through a Shareable Link.
Yes. A guest is unique to a single event. So if you invite Person A to three events, that counts as three guests in your subscription.
No. Once a guest is invited or RSVPs to an event, you can send them as many broadcast messages (reminders, thank you notes, etc.) at no additional charge.
If you have Coins remaining in your account when you become a subscriber, the value of those Coins will be automatically applied as a credit toward your initial subscription purchase. After becoming a subscriber, you'll never need Coins again!
