When to host a kid’s birthday party
If you’re planning a kid’s birthday party, aim for an afternoon affair on a weekend. Choose a time that works for your routine—whether it includes naps or just meals. Be sure to bring balloons and sprinkle in some confetti to make it fun. Send your birthday invitations 6 to 8 weeks in advance so even the tiniest tots have time to RSVP.
