Derek Blasberg is a king of the written word. The New York Times asked, "Is he the Truman Capote of his generation, or the Carrie Bradshaw?" His two best selling books, Classy and Very Classy, were humorous essays about etiquette. Blasberg was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and moved to New York City to study journalism in 2000. His first job out of college was at Vogue, and he has since contributed articles to a large array of fashion and art publications.
