Join us October 14th 6:15pm-8:15pm as we traverse through the various gateways of the heart and the Divine feminine energy in each of us! Veneé McGee will be offering a Sacred Cacao Ceremony before you slip into Healing Sounds & Frequencies of Light offered by Adriana Cerundolo. Working in symbiosis, the Ceremonial Cacao & Energetic Sound Bath serve as an alliance to harmonize the masculine and feminine energies within the body. This heart opening ceremony restores balance within the physical and subtle bodies, and as our hearts open, we become more aware of our innate treasures and gifts.
Come alive with the support of sacred cacao, sound healing and energetic balancing through some of the unique gifts only we know.

CACAO CEREMONY with Venee McGee
Welcome to an evening of sacred ceremony with heart-opener Cacao!
This is a night for going within, connecting with yourself and connecting with your soul family. It’s a chance to gather with sacred intention, allowing divine connection, healing, sensuality and empowerment. It’s a beautiful ceremony to either let something go or call something in. Mama cacao (pure ceremonial grade cacao) contains healing properties and is a beautiful medicine and gentle tool to assist you to connect with and open up your heart.
SOUND HEALING with Adriana Cerundolo
Allow the Cacao to guide you into deeper states of healing and meditation during the Crystal Sound Bath.
Using Crystal Singing Bowls, drumming, and voice, Adriana creates a unique tapestry of sounds that will unblock stuck energy and vibrate your being into wholeness.

Please respect the ceremonial space. Allow time for traffic and parking. If you are late, please creep in quietly.
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR
BYO favorite mug, yoga mat, cushion, blanket/shawl and water bottle.
Wear something comfy to move freely in and something warm for the sound healing at the end of the evening.
PREPARATION BEFORE THE EVENT
We suggest eating a light vegetarian lunch on the day of and refrain from eating meat / drinking alcohol for 24hr prior to the ceremony.

Adriana Cerundolo is a certified Sound Healer, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and 7Directions dance ceremony facilitator. She supports self-love embodiment for a better world.
Important:
If you are currently being treated with pharmaceutical medication for depression or psychosis Cacao may not be the medicine for you. The tryptophan and monoamine oxidase inhibitors of the cacao are a bad mix with those medicines and may cause severe migraine, or worse.
Cacao is a stimulant, it significantly increases heart rate and lowers blood pressure, If you have serious heart conditions or are pregnant cacao may also not be the medicine for you.
