Panel Discussion
It is no secret that in the Texas ESPC market (and the market nationally), we are all turning over every stone to find ways for ESPC customers to fund projects. Rising interest rates and the dramatic infusion of Federal Stimulus Funds have changed the landscape dramatically from what it was a couple years ago. To this end, we’ve assembled a panel of funding experts who can speak to the dynamics in the market today and help give us an outlook of the future. Listen to the expert panel and join the conversation about funding strategies for your projects.Â

About the Texas Energy Services Coalition
The Energy Services Coalition - Texas Chapter is a coalition of public-sector and private-sector energy professionals from across the state promoting the benefits of, providing education on, and serving as advocates for the widespread use of Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracting (GESPC) by state and local governments. Through the collaborative efforts and diverse knowledge of our public and private sector members, the ESC aims to make GESPC one of the primary means of increasing energy efficiency, modernizing infrastructure, enhancing resilience, and improving environmental quality.
Informative and interactive Texas Chapter meetings at various locations across the state provide a forum to address performance contracting issues and to develop business relationships. These meetings also facilitate state-to-state information exchange on "best practices" in marketing and implementing performance contracting programs and projects.
