Pestañas is a monthly community night with a focus on reading and discussing essays and articles that have an emphasis on beauty. Hosted by This Is Salon and LaTonya Yvette.

Our selected read for this month which is "The V Word" essay in LaTonya's book Woman of Color and we ask that you read it ahead of joining us for the evening. You can purchase the book online or at your local bookstore or library. Alternatively, upon double cofirmation, we will send you a PDF of the essay.
