Using Note Cards




How do I personalize my Note Cards?

All recipients of a single card will see the same exact card. If you need to personalize the message on the card per recipient, you will need to make an individual card per person.

You can easily make a copy of a card, so you do not have to start over each time.

We recommend clicking the Preview button on the Send page before mailing your card, just to double check everything in it's entirety!


Why can't I send my Note Card to more than 10 recipients?

The Note Cards section of the site is primarily meant for small, personalized correspondence, not larger mailings. If you want to send the same card to another 10 people, you'll have to make a copy of it and send in batches of 10.

To send a note to a recipient list of over 10 people, you can use any of our Invitation cards and change their mailing type to a Card on the Details page. You can see how to change your type of mailing here .


How do I edit a contact's name on Tracking?

Click directly on the contact's name or email address in the list, and an information box will drop down.

Enter or modify the information in the First and Last Name fields and click the "Save" button within the contact information box or at the top of the list to store your changes.

Note: You will not be able to edit the email addresses of contacts on the Tracking page. To rectify any mistakes in a Bounced email, you must re-add the contact with the correct email on the Send page of the note card as if it were an entirely new contact. Sending to this email address will cost the same as the price of the rest of your mailing.


How do I resend my Note Card to my recipient?

To resend a Note Card to a contact, do the following:

  1. On the Tracking page of the Note Card, click directly on the contact's name, and an information box will drop down.
  2. Click the "Send Me This Note Card" button. This contact's personal envelope will be sent to the primary email address on your account.
  3. You can then forward that email to the contact from your personal email account. Remember to remove the "Fwd:" from the subject line of the email, and to delete any forwarding information from the top of the email.

How do I remove a contact from the Send or Tracking page?

To remove a contact before you send your Note Card, click on the checkbox next to the contact you'd like to remove on the Send page. You may select multiple contacts at once to batch remove.

Click the Delete button at the top of the list to delete the contact(s) from the page. To remove a contact after you've sent, perform these steps on the Tracking page.
