Paperless Stamps

A Paperless Stamp functions like a stamp in the U.S. Postal Service, allowing you to send Paperless mail to your recipients. Every Stamp allows you to send one invitation or card to one email address; it also includes tracking of the mailing and follow-up and reminder emails after the initial sending. You can purchase packages of Stamps that you can use for your various mailings, and your Stamps never expire.

Stamps are sold in packages, and the more Stamps you buy at once, the less each individual Stamp costs:

  1. $4.00 for 20 Stamps
  2. $5.00 for 40 Stamps
  3. $10.00 for 150 Stamps
  4. $15.00 for 300 Stamps
  5. $30.00 for 600 Stamps
  6. $50.00 for 1000 Stamps

At any point (even right now), if you'd like to purchase Stamps, you can click the ticker in the top right corner of your screen (that counts the number of Stamps currently in your account). You can purchase Stamps using your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card.

Multiple packages of Stamps will need to be purchased in separate transactions. You may also contact us directly to do this more quickly.


Custom Coins

Custom Coins allow you to add extra customizations to your Paperless Post mailing, such as Envelope Liners, Photos, Second Sides, and Logos.

You can add extra customizations to your mailing during the design process, and you'll pay for them with Custom Coins when you send. Each customization costs a different amount of Coins:

  1. Envelope Liner = 1 Coin per recipient
  2. Photo = 1 Coin per recipient
  3. Second Side = 1 Coin per recipient
  4. Logo = 3 Coins per recipient

Coins are bought in packages, and they never expire:

  1. $4.00 for 20 Coins
  2. $8.00 for 75 Coins
  3. $10.00 for 150 Coins
  4. $20.00 for 300 Coins
  5. $40.00 for 600 Coins
  6. $65.00 for 1000 Coins

For all recipients beyond the 150th recipient in a mailing, extra customizations do not require any more coins.


Purchasing Stamps and Custom Coins

At any point (even right now), if you'd like to purchase Stamps or Custom Coins, you can click the ticker in the top right corner of your screen (that counts the number of Stamps and Coins currently in your account). You can make purchases using your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card.


Choosing which Stamp or Custom Coin package is right for you

Stamps and Coins never expire, and packages can be used for as many different events and mailings as you would like at whenever time you choose. You have the option of buying just enough Stamps and/or Coins for your next mailing or purchasing a greater number of Stamps/Coins to cover your few mailings. The more Stamps/Coins you buy at once, the less the cost per Stamp/Coin - so the larger the package, the greater the value!

You only need 1 Stamp per email address that you send to. But the number of Coins you'll need depends on what kind of extra customizations you are adding to your mailing and how many recipients you are sending to. To calculate the exact package you’ll need, click here.


Accessing your transaction history and billing information

  1. Place your mouse over the "Account" menu in the top navigation bar on any page, and select "Billing."
  2. On your Billing page, you will see a list of all of the transactions associated with your account.
  3. Click "View" next to a transaction to see the breakdown of fees associated with it.
  4. Select "Credit Cards" from the "Account" menu to view the credit cards you have associated with your account.

Credit cards accepted by Paperless Post

Paperless Post accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.


Adding and removing credit cards

A credit card is only added to your account once you have made a purchase with it, and is done so automatically; you cannot add it ahead of time.

You can remove a credit card from your account at any time. Just select "Credit Cards" from the "Account" menu in the top navigation bar. You can then click "Delete this card" to the right of the credit card you'd like to remove. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.


Special pricing for charities and non-profits

We do not offer special pricing or discounts for charities or non-profit organizations.


How do I buy multiple packages of Stamps or Coins at once? Can I buy more than 1,000?

Packages larger than 1,000 Stamps or 1,000 Coins are not available, nor are discounts for bulk purchases.
