Accessing your transaction history and billing information
- Place your mouse over your account settings at the top right corner of your screen. You will either see your name or your email address here. Select "Billing" from the drop down menu.
- On your Billing page, you will see a list of all of the transactions associated with your account.
- Click "View" next to a transaction to see the breakdown of fees associated with it.
- Select "Credit Cards" from the "Account" menu to view the credit cards you have associated with your account.
Adding and removing credit cards
A credit card is only added to your account once you have made a purchase with it, and is done so automatically; you cannot add it ahead of time.
You can remove a credit card from your account at any time.
Place your mouse on the account settings at the top right corner of your screen. You will either see your name or your email address here. Here you can select "Credit Cards" from the drop down menu. You can then click "Delete this card" to the right of the credit card you'd like to remove. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Purchasing Coins
At any point (even right now), if you would like to make a purchase, you can click the Buy More button in the top, right corner of your screen. You can purchase Coins using your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card.
Choosing which Coin package is right for you
Once you have finished designing your card and filling out your recipient list, you will be able to click the Buy Now button on your card’s Delivery page. You have the option of buying the suggested amount of Coins, which will be enough Coins for your current mailing, or can purchase a greater number of Coins, to cover future mailings. The more Coins you buy at once, the less the cost per Coin - so the larger the package, the greater the value!

You will need 1 Coin per email address that you are sending to, unless you are using one of our free card designs. The number of Coins you will need may increase, depending on what kind of Premium content you add to your card.

Purchasing multiple packages of Coins at once
Packages larger than 5,000 Coins are not available, nor are discounts for bulk purchases. Multiple packages of Coins will need to be purchased in separate transactions. You may also contact us directly to do this more quickly.
