Can my logo be uploaded to the envelope, or can I change the stamp on the envelope?
No. Customization of the envelope beyond using an Envelope Liner is not currently offered.
What if I want to place my motif on the middle of the paper or between lines of text?
Motifs can only be placed in six standardized spots on the paper: in all four corners and in the center of the top and bottom. The motif cannot be placed in the middle of the page. Moving the motif by dragging and dropping it on the card will automatically snap the motif into place.
What if I want to use a card I designed off the site?
Paperless Post does not currently support the automated use of non-Paperless Post creative materials on the site. Contact Us with any inquiries regarding custom work.
How do I include a link on my invitation or card?
Links typed directly on an invitation or card cannot be made active, or live, since clicking anywhere on the paper will bring your recipient to the reply page to either RSVP or leave a comment. Links (and email addresses) placed above the reply card, which will automatically be made active.
To do this:
- Go to the Details page of your mailing.
- Type or paste your links (and any other text you'd like to include) in the box called "Note to Guests Above RSVP" for RSVP events, or called "Note to recipients on the next page" for Announcements and Save the Dates.
- Click the "Save" button to save your changes. You can preview how this appears using the Preview page.
Note: Remember to include the "http://" before the URL if it does not have "www." at the beginning of it, otherwise the system will not recognize it as a link.
If you do not need to track RSVPs or responses on our site and want to direct recipients to your own website, please Contact Us for assistance with this.
Can I sell tickets or collect donations through my invitation?
We have joined forces with Eventbrite, which now allows you to create a Paperless Post card and set up a ticketing or donations site with them, but have them linked together.
We also have a feature which allows you to enter your own link to direct your guests to. You have the option on the Details page to choose from the very first drop down, "a card that links to another website."
Please note that you will not be able to track RSVPs on Paperless Post. since linking to your site removes the reply card. You will be able to use EventBrite's page for managing guest information and sending reminders.
